Disputes and Governing Law

If a dispute cannot be resolved by mutual agreement between the company’s customer service and the customer, you as a customer may contact the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN), see arn.se.

If you are a resident of an EU country other than Sweden, you may submit a complaint online via the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform, see http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

In the event of a dispute, we comply with the decisions of ARN or the corresponding dispute resolution body.
