1) Delivery Information

Normal delivery time is 3–6 days.

Deliveries are made with PostNord or DHL.

Swedish company – we ship all products from our warehouse in Sommen, Tranås.

Felkodslasare.se is operated by Runn Design, founded in 2009, with tens of thousands of satisfied customers.

All prices include VAT.

5) Receipt / Order Confirmation

When we have received your order, we will send an order confirmation by email as soon as possible. This serves as your receipt and confirmation of the agreement.

6) Right of Withdrawal & Open Purchase

As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the product.

You are responsible for the return shipping cost. You must notify us within 14 days if you wish to withdraw from your purchase.

You may open the packaging to inspect the product. This does not apply to software, programs, TV/video games or computer games where the seal has been broken. The product must not be used.

We do not accept returns of used products or used diagnostic scanners.

Missing or damaged original packaging may result in a deduction for diminished value, for example to restore the item to new condition or to purchase new packaging.

There is no open purchase for software/programs, TV/video games or computer games with broken seals, or Maxiecu, as the licence is locked to the customer.

Refunds are issued within 30 days after we have received and approved the return.

7) Returns & Return Address

Always contact us before sending a product back, so that we can provide the correct instructions and, where applicable, a return label.

8) Uncollected Parcels – SEK 300 Fee

An uncollected parcel is not considered a return or a cancelled purchase. Always collect your parcel first; after that, you may return it if needed.

A fee of SEK 300 will be charged to cover actual costs, including shipping both ways, packaging materials, handling, inspection and administration.

9) Resending an Item

Would you like the item to be sent again? We only charge our actual shipping costs and PostNord’s return shipping cost. No additional handling or administrative fees will be added. Please contact us for current prices before rebooking the shipment.

10) Warranty & Complaints

Warranty: 1 year against manufacturing defects in accordance with the Swedish Consumer Sales Act. This does not apply to consumable parts, batteries or damage caused by misuse.

Right to make a complaint: 3 years.

Proof of warranty: your order confirmation. Please keep it.

Products returned as a complaint but found to be without fault will be sent back; shipping and labour costs may be charged.

If the parcel is damaged, report this directly to the service point when collecting the parcel.

11) Shipping Cost & Delivery Rules

Shipping cost: calculated at checkout.

Use your real name, as identification may be required, and enter the correct mobile number and email address. Notifications are sent by SMS and/or email.

For company orders, please state the name of the authorised person who may collect the parcel.

If an order that has already been shipped is cancelled, the refund will only be issued once the item has been returned and received. The parcel must be collected and sent back.

For low-value orders below SEK 300, the cost of the product may be charged for uncollected parcels.

12) Other Terms

If you are under 18 years of age, permission from a parent or legal guardian is required.

We reserve the right to cancel an order and issue a refund in the event of sold-out products, price changes, typing errors or incorrect prices.

Felkodslasare.se cannot be held liable for delays caused by postal handling or if an item is shipped later than the estimated date stated in the order confirmation.

Felkodslasare.se is not responsible for damage that occurs during the use or installation of products, regardless of whether the cause is user error or a fault in the product.

Gift cards are valid for 1 year.

There is no open purchase for companies. There is no open purchase for software.

13) Additional Information

We use cookies for functionality and statistics.

Products are not intended for children under 3 years of age due to small parts and choking hazard. Keep packaging and bags out of reach of children.

All information and manuals are for guidance only. The installer is responsible for compatibility and correct installation.

All images and texts on this domain are the property of Felkodslasare.se.

Specifications may change without prior notice. Features may be added or removed and do not in themselves constitute grounds for complaint.

In the event of any discrepancy between the product image and the article number, the article number applies.
