Right of Withdrawal & Returns
Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you received the product.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving the product.
You are responsible for the return shipping cost.
Condition & Packaging
The product must be returned in undamaged, unused condition, with all tags/labels intact and in its original packaging.
You may open the packaging to inspect the product (this does not apply to software, programs, TV games or computer games), but you may not use the product.
If the packaging is missing or damaged, a deduction for diminished value may be made in order to restore the product to new condition or purchase new packaging. The packaging is part of the purchase.
Exceptions
There is no right of return for software/programs or TV and computer games where the seal has been broken.
There is no right of return for Maxiecu, as it is sold with a licence locked to the customer and is considered software.

Refunds
Refunds are issued within 30 days after we have received and approved your return.

Uncollected Parcels
An uncollected parcel is not considered a return or a cancelled purchase. Always collect the parcel first; you can then return it according to the instructions.
A fee of SEK 300 is charged for uncollected parcels to cover actual costs, including shipping both ways, packaging materials, handling, inspection and administration.
Resending the Parcel
If you would like the product to be sent again, we only charge our actual shipping costs and PostNord’s return shipping cost. No additional handling or administrative fees will be added. Please contact us for exact shipping prices before rebooking the shipment.
