Using the Pulse Repair lead-acid battery charger is simple:
- Check that your battery parameters are compatible with the charger (see back of the charger).
- Connect the red clamp to the positive terminal (+) and the black clamp to the negative terminal (-).
- Connect the charger to an AC power source; the charger will start operating immediately.
- The LED display will now show the battery voltage and charging current.
- If the battery is incorrectly connected, "Ero" will be displayed on the screen.
- When the battery is fully charged, the battery indicator will show "FUL" status. We recommend keeping it in the charged state for 1-2 hours for best results.
- Once charging is complete, remove the charger or keep it connected.

This may be due to the battery being vulcanized or lacking fluid. If so, stop charging if the battery becomes hot. Make sure the battery is not low on fluid. It is recommended to perform a discharge and charge cycle (discharge-charge) 1-2 times.
